Before consultation evenings go live on School Cloud, please can you double-check that the correct teachers are allocated to the correct classes within departments as this runs off SIMS, so I will not know if you have swapped within departments. I will not be able to change class teachers once it has gone live, so if I do not hear from you, I will assume all is correct.

 You will need to let me know now/ASAP if anyone either:

• Doesn’t work on a Tuesday.
• Shares a class with someone else (and is not already down as the main teacher and wishes to take that class instead)
• Will not be able to attend.
• Will be taking over someone else’s class by this point (and tell me who and which, of course!)

OR if

• You have been allocated this evening on your School Cloud Account, but you do not teach that year group.

Please remember that long term external cover agents are not paid to work extra hours so cannot work Consultation Evenings

• All of the Consultation Evenings will take place in the Dining Hall/Theatre.
• If you struggle to log in, please contact me, so I can set you up and get your login. 
• If you log into your school cloud via the link above, you should be able to see the evening set up and add breaks/start and end times. Please remember to add your breaks in ASAP before evenings go live, as once the parents start booking there will be no going back!

You will be able to access your appointments online, so you can see who has booked to see you, but please be prepared with information for all your students on the night, as we sometimes have parents turn up without appointments who may ask to speak with you if you are free. (Please note that this is time for all teaching staff)
